Dr. Odette E. Christie

Dr. Christie is the Chief Executive Officer of OEC2 Solutions, LLC, a full-service management consulting, corporate training, executive coaching, and executive recruiting firm. Dr. Christie is an organizational development practitioner with twenty-five years experience providing services to managers, business leaders, and executives striving for excellence and leadership in their fields. Her expertise includes organizational development & training, talent management, change management, management development, leadership development, executive development, executive coaching, executive recruitment, diversity and inclusion.

Dr. Christie has a proven track record of leading organizations to success. As an executive in the field of organizational development, she has led and implemented a wide range of large-scale organizational transformational programs/projects focused on performance improvement at the individual, team, and organizational levels in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Middle East, and Africa. Today, She is a trusted advisor and coach to a number of business leaders and executives across the country. Her approach is an integrated blend of consulting, coaching, and training where she leverages positive psychology to create sustainable transformational change.

Dr. Christie holds a Doctorate of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. She has a Master’s in Organizational Development and Training from Saint Louis University.

Dr. Christie has completed executive leadership programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management, including the Advanced Management Program for Oil & Gas Industry Executives and Global Business Leadership Program for Executives in Glendale, Arizona.

Dr. Christie is certified in a number of psychometrics and multi-rater assessments including Hogan Assessments, The Birkman Method, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Extended DISC, FIRO, Korn-Ferry Talent Management and Leadership Tools, and the Center for Creative Leadership 360-degree assessments. She is also certified in Diversity & Inclusion.

Dr. Christie is a conference speaker and panelist at local, regional, national, and international conferences, association meetings, and business gatherings on topics such as talent management, leadership development, executive development and expatriation management, to name a few. Most recently, she addressed HR senior leaders on the topic of succession management, high potential identification, and leadership development at the Global Oil & Gas Human Capital Summit in Houston, TX.

Dr. Christie has served as faculty at DePaul University and adjunct faculty at Northwestern Business College, The City Colleges of Chicago, Keiser University, and the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, where she taught both communication and organizational behavior.

Dr. Christie is a member of the Texas Diversity Advisory Council, Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society, Sigma Iota Epsilon Academy Managment Honorary and Professional Management Society.
